Important: Due to safety regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed and shipped. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing checkout.
Eligible Returns
- Wrong medication received (different from what was ordered)
- Damaged or defective products upon arrival
- Non-prescription (OTC) products in unopened, original packaging within 30 days
How to Request a Return
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] or call 1-800-HEALTH-PLUS with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions within 48 hours.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they enter the dispensing process. Once a prescription has been verified and dispensing has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
